HOW TO USE YOUR DIGITAL PLANNER IN GOODNOTES
Digital planners are a great way to organize and simplify your life. Whichever note platform you use, I recommend reading their how-to guides before starting. I use Goodnotes so here are some tips.

How to download from Etsy
I recommend downloading from the device you use, the digital planner. From the device, navigate to your Etsy Purchase page.
Etsy > Your Account > Purchases
Locate your PDF with download links. Download the file to the device on which you will use Goodnotes.
It will go to your Files folder (or wherever you choose to save it). You can locate it there and share it with Goodnotes or the app you use.
How to Upoad Your Digital Planner
- Open the Goodnotes app on your device.
- Tap in the empty box with the + sign. A drop-down box appears.
- Tap on “Import.”
- Navigate to where you saved your files and tap on it.
- In the upper right-hand corner, tap “Open.” You’re in!
The Top Toolbar in Goodnotes
This is the top toolbar in Goodnotes. Notice that it is blue. This is EDIT mode and you can use your pen or pencil to write.
Note that the blue pen in the light blue circle is tapped on. You will not be able to navigate in this mode.
There are pen, highlighter, and eraser options in the top left. Refer to your program (Goodnotes, Notability, etc...) for detailed information. The pen line thickness and colors are on the right side.
Troubleshooting Hyperlinks
If hyperlinks are not working, ensure you are in navigate mode first. You must have a white screen at the top. See the photo below.
See how the pen at the top is clicked OFF. This is navigation mode. To start making notes again, click the pen and the top will turn blue and the toolbar will appear.
If you are still having a link problem. Please use the Etsy Message system to let me know which pages and links are broken.
How to Import Stickers
1. Download the stickers from the device you will use your planner on. Download them to a place where you can access them from your iPad.
How to Load and Use Stickers from .GOODNOTES Sticker Book
1. Have your planner uploaded and open in Goodnotes.
2. Have your .goodnotes sticker book uploaded in Goodnotes. You do that the same as your planner.

How to Use Bookmarks
This is located in the top right section of the toolbar. The bookmark tool is another great way to save frequently used pages.
